Amy Turns 18!

It sure is hard to believe, but Amy turned 18 today!! It has been a privilege to watch her grow into a wonderful young lady. For her birthday dinner she has chosen artichoke-stuffed chicken (grilled chicken stuffed with goat cheese, artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes), spinach salad and homemade chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream (oh is it good!!). We have a feast to look forward to!
